Gustavsberg – Endangered Species Series

Situated just outside Stockholm, Sweden, Gustavsberg has continually produced genuine handmade porcelain using methods dating to 1827. Today, privately owned but still working from the original factory, Gustavsberg is proud to be Sweden's last remaining porcelain producer and the only (specialist) producer of fine bone china in the whole of Scandinavia.

Over the years Gustavsberg has worked with many respected Swedish designers, such as Ingrid Råman, Signe Persson Melin, Stig Lindberg, Margarita Hennix, Lisa Larsson and Gunnar Wennerberg.

The Endangered Species Series was designed by artist Paul Hoff and contain 22 different plates, the first being made in 1973.
