Beautiful Appolonia made exclusively by Steiff for The Toy Shoppe (US) in 2004. Limited edition of 1,500 pieces. This is number 172 (the same number as family members Zoë and Little Max). White tag and button in ear trademark. Handmade in Germany.
Appolonia is the second member of the family also including Maximilian, Zoë and Little Max, all Toy Shoppe Exclusive editions by Steiff. She measures 71 cm / 28 inches. Appolonia has a brown stitched nose, brown claws and black shoe button eyes. She is fully jointed for expressive posing. Appolonia is wearing a lace collar with a lovely brooch showing a picture of her beloved husband, Maximilian.
This very feminine teddy bear comes in perfect condition with box, her own embroidered felt bag and certificate of authenticity.
She has had only one grown up owner and has been living in a pet-free and non-smoking environment. Appolonia is now looking for a new loving home!
